Sore

Back to the gym. Finally. Now I'm sore. I can still bench over 200 tho...;)

2 sets of 10, nautilus, then followed with a 2 sets of 10 at 130. I was working on getting to over 250, and while I can do it from time to time, I'm not as consistant as I want to be with it.
